Innovative Plan for Change
Bringing about instructional change and effective technology integration can sometimes be quite challenging. Understanding change leadership and how to address change in instructional settings is critical for instructional leaders. In order to bring about innovations in teaching and learning, these leaders must be capable of creating plans for effective change. This proposal addresses the issue of adequate teacher support and proposes the change of implementing an instructional coach to provide personalized professional growth. The current condition, vision and mission, change attributes, challenges, and outcomes are each discussed as they pertain to the successful implementation of this change.
