TPACK & SAMR Video: Technology Integration in Action
This video overviews two frameworks that are often considered when making decisions about how to integrate technology within instructional design. Technology trainings often introduce and model new and innovative tools, but they do not always provide ways in which to practically apply the tool in order to align it with the instructional objectives and best practices. SAMR and TPACK provide a way to implement technology effectively within learning experiences.

Digital Storytelling: Why Instructional Design
Collaborative digital storytelling gave me the opportunity to construct ideas and build a design with others, practice script writing, work in designing digital animation, and combine many multimedia elements into a clear video story. In this digital story, we challenge people to consider how they can be a part of impacting change by designing learning experiences to help others succeed. As our society relies more heavily on effective online learning, the need for impactful and inspired instructional designers is critical and all different types of people with varied experiences could contribute to this field.

Principles of Design Infographic
Instructional designers seek to create learning experiences and content that effectively incorporate the principles of design. Classic and digital designers alike harness the principles of design to shape their work, building on top of the elements of design to give cohesion to their pieces. When used successfully, these principles have the ability to transform designs, both aesthetically and in terms of performance.

TEAse video
A TEASe video is a technology enhanced anticipatory set. The purpose of these types of videos is to engage learners and challenge pre-learning questioning through the use of digital elements that will foster connection and prior knowledge within the viewer. I used my video to challenge viewers to consider the ways in which stories have shaped their own experiences and how they can use their own perspectives to share their unique stories.
